Kara put in a two turn track for me. I had her do 1 food drop on each leg, which turned out to be too big of a jump for Syd. It was 10 days since we last tracked and I think I made too big of a leap.

He found part of an animal carcass and was very disappointed that I would not let him play with it. He still likes to serpentine over the track, which I am having trouble adapting too. If I limit him too much he stops, so I try to reward forward progress but encourage straightness with line limitations.

He tried to cut the first turn. I helped him get back on track and the second leg was pretty straight for Syd. He made the second turn but wanted to drift left which was interesting since the track when kind of down into a bowl and you would think the scent would be pulled down.

There were parts of this track that were ok, but overall I didn't love it and think it was above his pay grade. We are going to back up a little.
