Saber

Age 30 minutes.

Length: about 100 yds.

Track Design: Transitions. Started in grass, corossed a sidewalk back to grasse, 90 degree right turn on second sidewalk, crossed road way onto sidewalk.

Saber's start was excellent. She was fast and furious on the grass. She crossed the 1st sidewalk with a wobble. My guess is she just quickly picked up the scent in the grass on the other side. When we got to the second sidewalk with the turn she took the turn immediately, but got to the road and back tracked to check out all of her other options. She eventually went back to the track. I tried to keep my feet pointed in the first direction until she committed to the turn. Her exploration was limited to about 15 ft. She finished without issue but was much slower on the non-veg. You could see the wheels turning in her head. She sat at her end article which was a piece of metal.

I forgot my sprayer so there was no water on the track. I was very pleased with how she did since it has been almost 3 months since we tracked.

Syd

Track 1 age about 5 minutes. S3W3 on grass. Food at 6. 4 rotations.

Track 2 age about 10 minutes. S5W5 on grass. Food at 10. 4 rotations.

Syd was excellent! I might have made it too easy, but it was a good 1st time back after a couple of months. His article indications were excellent. He downed without a cue and looked at me with those big brown eyes willing the hot dogs to come.

Syd also got his very own harness and exudes adorableness.
